1224 Productions is a Bronx based production company providing creative production, crew sourcing, and production management services for branded, narrative, documentary, corporate, and studio-based content.
Founded by Flor de Oro Tejada and Stellan Clark, 1224 Productions brings together more than 35 years of combined experience across film, television, branded content, live production, post-production, and technical production operations. Our work is rooted in a belief that strong production is both creative and operational: the right people, the right systems, and the right care behind every project.
We support clients with trusted production teams, transparent pricing, responsive coordination, and a deep commitment to professionalism, efficiency, diversity, equity and inclusion. From New York studio shoots to remote field productions, we build lean, high-quality crews tailored to each project’s needs.

1224 is led by two filmmakers and creators who bring distinct disciplines, and a shared commitment to work that matters, to every project.
Co-Owner & Executive Producer
Flor de Oro
Tejada
Flor de Oro Tejada is an award-winning multidisciplinary filmmaker, creative producer and post-production supervisor from the Bronx, New York. A graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts’ Kanbar Institute of Film & Television, Flor brings more than 10 years of high-level production experience across branded content, narrative film, documentary, creative non-fiction, corporate communications, and social impact storytelling.
Before founding 1224 Productions, Flor co-owned a production company from 2012–2022, overseeing production and post-production operations, client relationships, crew coordination, and project execution from concept to completion. Her client experience includes work for Condé Nast, Vox Creative, Time Inc., Tribeca Studios, P&G, Pfizer, and more.
Flor was a 2023 Fellow at the Sundance Documentary Producers Lab and Fellowship. Her films have screened at Camden International Film Festival, Tribeca Festival, Martha’s Vineyard African-American Film Festival, American Black Film Festival, Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival, DOC NYC, Big Sky Documentary Film Festival, DC/DOX, and more. She produced Bone Black: Midwives vs. the South, winner of Best Short Documentary at BlackStar Film Festival and New Orleans Film Festival in 2023, and most recently co-produced The People Could Fly, which premiered on POV Shorts Season 8 in 2025.

Clark
Stellan
Clark is a maker, creator, production engineer, and problem solver with 20 years of experience across commercial, music video, branded, broadcast, documentary, and corporate content, with experience supporting companies including A&E Networks, Paramount/CBS, BET, Sony Pictures, Yahoo, Food Network, and more.
At 1224 Productions, Stellan leads technical production planning, business operations, custom workflow design, R&D, equipment solutions, and technical troubleshooting. His background as Senior IT Manager and Applied Technology Lead at Kernel Inc, a robotics and automation startup, gives him a systems-thinking edge across networks, servers, IoT devices, CAD design, automation systems, production infrastructure, and delivery workflows.
